Good idea. Looks like it has to be done tomorrow.
Youse may have got this email:
| Quote: | Next Thursday FFA will announce Australias qualifying campaign for the 2010 FIFA World Cup in South Africa starting with Australia v Qatar to take place in Melbourne on February 6th 2008. Before this public announcement, we wanted to give you as members of the Football Family, exclusive early notice of the forthcoming fixture.
Every game is must win in the Group of Death
Australia has been drawn with China, Iraq and Qatar for our first round of qualifying. This phase of qualifying will see the Qantas Socceroos play these opponents home and away with only the top-two placed teams progressing to the final qualifying round. Every point in every match will be vital, and as the recent Asian Cup showed, there are no easy opponents in Asian Football.
Book now the Socceroos need your support
With every match critical, the Socceroos will be eager to secure all three points when they meet Qatar first up in February. Be sure you are there to give your support, and see the 2010 World Cup qualifying campaign get off to a strong start. Since youre part of the Football Family its only fair you have first crack at the best tickets for this historic occasion. Your exclusive booking period will be from 9am (AEDST) on Tuesday 11th December until 9pm (AEDST) on Wednesday 12th December. Individual purchase limit is eight ( tickets per member.
Tickets will then go on sale to the general public on Friday 14th December so you need to be quick.
Finally, in order to allow supporters access to the traditional supporter area located behind the goal, Football Federation Australia will be implementing the Australian Home End at each home international. These will be bays set aside directly behind the goals to allow for all passionate and vocal supporters to congregate in one area to lend their support as one voice.
Hope to see you there and go the Qantas Socceroos!

Wow! Thanks CLM!

My number is MFN 1000398
I guess the Australia Home End is where we would like to be. So Aisles 48 & 1 of Level 1 and thereabouts. _________________

sorry about the pm box Philly
I've been getting a lot of traffic lately, and I tend to hoard them
I have two MFF numbers myself, plus Gweeds, so we should be right
Last time there were no family tix available in that section. I'll do by best to get a good deal for everyone. |

I got them.
Aisle 48 behind the goals. Two lots - row g and row e.
That was as close to the front and as close together as I could manage. |

Philly - I did not get your message about Staci in time.
I bought two lots of 8, which is the max, and one of them is spare, so you can have that one for her. The rest are currently spoken for.
I only used my MFF numbers though, so someone could book one more in that general area, if you are sure she'll want it. I don't have time to follow it up right now. It took 20 miuntes to get through on the phone.
Or we could wait and see if one becomes free - they often do.
These are in the Home End, so I am not 100% sure Toby will want to be there, in the loud bit.
EDIT
I have been in touch with Staci.
She is not sure what she wants to do at the moment.
I don't think it will be too hard to get tix for this game, so I suggest we leave it for now. |

I only got 5 tix for you - not 6. You are welcome to the other one, which was a spare. (It is concession, so $15.)
On the other hand, I had told my b in law I had one he could use, so if you don't want it, I'll get it back somehow for him.
Let me know.
Rollins
If you guys don't like those tix, there are people around who don't have any, and I'm sure we could shift them. |
