Makes me question my support, German fans united/took note

EDIT: Basically with regards to HEM i feel i have no other option then to sit on the fence.
I believe protests against an FA aren't likely to be sucessfull unless most A league clubs (like in Germany for example) participate.
With regards to any future possible direct action, i would be unreliable for the long haul. |

There is no chance the other club supporters will participate.
Even some of our own supporters, people that have the life experience to know where all this is leading, found excuses to co-operate with the FFA and are essentially going to try to make the HEM work.
Faced with some people co-operating and some people resisting its not difficult to see what the FFA/club are going to do, they are going to reward the people co-operating.
Until next fight.
It is early days in terms of the A League, we could have made a stand, all MVFC active supporters united, after all anything that happens now is likely to determine the future direction of football in this country.
The path through HEM to small areas dedicated to active support in an all members too small stadium, to ricing prices is so ridiculously obvious its surprising people do not see it.
Its good for MVFC ($$$), terrible for football in this country. If football is ever going to fulfill its potential in this country it must be open to newcomers and not become the occupation of a small elite that bought the right tickets early enough.
I agree the chances of a boycott working are very small.
Just because it might be imposible to beat them, it does not mean I am going to co-operate with them. |

I agree that a fight is worth fighting, even if i believe it can't be won.
One question i keep asking myself is why would i choose this fight & not others. |

Posibly because you happend to be around.
You do not have to pick this fight if you don't want to.
Choosing to fight other fights is not the same as co-operating with something that you know is wrong.
With knowledge comes responsability, I (and let me assure you every one in the North terrace) is very aware of the reality the videos you posted portrays.
Wether I will partcipate in the fight depends on many things such as the direction the fight will take, the amount of energy I have, and other fights (both personal and public) that need to be fought.
Like any other fight, some people think its important others tink its a small irreleavant issue but they (the different battles) all contribute to a whole picture, they whole end up shaping the society we live in.
There is a big difference between deciding to put your energy somwhere else (something every person has a right to of course) and actively co-operating with something you know is wrong, and trying to "make it work" even when you are fully aware where it comes from and where its going. |
