So I think our chance to get priority tickets for this is coming soon.

Who has boned up on it? Do we need to get organised, or will be it be easy for everyone to look after themselves?

When are tickets available?
Maybe organize tickets ourselves, don't know what is happening with standing areas..

I work at Melbourne Uni and there is a Ticketek agency in the bookshop.

I would be happy to buy tickets from them, however I have to bear these things in mind.

  • I often work on my own in the library and have to open it at 9.00 am. So if the tickets go on sale at 9.00 and I am the only one in the library I can't go. However if the tickets get on sale on Tuesdays or Thursday it will be fine.

  • The people working in the bookshop are more au fait with selling books for "166-130 Globalisation, the Social and Identity" or for Moliere's Tartuffe at the Malthouse than for football.

  • Using my credit card is fine, but it is a shared one and I am somewhat afraid that maybe it may strain it a bit! And asking you all to pay ASAP is so hypocritical considering I only managed to pay CLM back at match day, months after the day of purchse!

Anyway it is a possiblity.

General admission tickets (I guess that's us) will be available from Wednesday 20 of February (which may make it hard for me to go and buy them at the ticket place).

Apparently you can buy for all three home matches in one go. They are $20 each.

The info is here

I got someone to open and look after the library for half an hour or so.

So if you want me to buy you tickets I can do so (as long as I can buy them over the counter, which I think is the case. I will need the membership barcodes.

As my credit card is near the limit I will need to be paid fairly quickly though! Crying or Very sad
