Ruined my night :(
One in particular really gave me the ****, im fine with him telling me sokka's ****, thats his loss/opinion. but then he followed it was with sokka's un-australian, the loser tried to get me to wing for him, though think it was to change the subject "Get fcuked". Fcuk even the bus driver on the way home was racist..
I read on the dark side that allot of the posters want world football to be no 1, i couldn't care less about that, however the discrimination is wrong, whatever happened to the good old Aussie fair go
Feel better now rant end  |

I must say, I hardly ever come across anyone saying nasty things about soccer any more. But I think I live in one of the more soccer tolerant parts of Melbourne, and mix mainly with parents.
My aunt is still agin it, though. |

lol
it is hard when people close to you bag something you love
my family used to give Carlo heaps about soccer - in an affectionate teasing ignorant kind of way - for years
but now they take an interest - my Dad even follows the Victory in a benign distant newspaper reading kind of way, so he can talk to the fans in the family about it |

I find it hard to understand why people feel the need to pit one sport against another
except when it comes to water for the grounds, they are not exactly in competition with one another
there is room for them all, no? |
