| Can't do multiple votes, so just wanted to say even though I voted for area 2 (and would prefer it), I'm happy to go along to area 3 as well. |

I'm going for 2 as well this time, though I'm, also interested in three.
But I just feel like it would be better to be somewhere have been at least once before rather than trying ahowl new ball game again at this point. |

| tis the last game of the season, why not make this a festive, sociable one anyway. If we're up near the back row, we can get lots of visitors and meet newbies, will be easy to find, don't need to take it too seriously, and we should be able to hang our banners to mark our space/be identified. |

Potentially yes, especially if my flatmate comes along too, but if someone else may be more reliable than me (yes I'm looking at you CLM) that might be a better option.
so shall we announce on the darkside that we're going to be at Aisle 27 this match?
I've also noticed that there's been a bit og "guest" activity lately, great to see!!! |

who voted for area 1?
too late for this game - we hve already announced aisle 27
but we could discuss for the future
What time can people get there tonight?
I'm trying for before 7.00, but I now have extra people in tow, and they are liable to make me late. |

Hi guys,
I am at a cafe in sunny Sandy Point and I just dropped in.
I am not sold in any particular area but I just wanted to give area 3 a go. Just to see whether it is better than area 2 which was a place selected in a huff and in a hurry when we could not stay in our usual spot.
If we don't like it we could go back to area 2. I don't know where you stood at the Queensland game but I feel it is important to select an area and stick to it next season.
Anyway, weather is beautiful wish you were here. I may not be able to log in for a few days.....
Cheers! |

| hello all, yes i am new at this so i hope i do not step on anyones toes but i thought it would be good to see what everyone thought of where we stood for the GF? i have to say i loved being able to hear what the NT were chanting and be able to join in, also not having lots of people infront sitting down doing nothing was great. :) |

| The only/biggest issue about relocating there is that we can't distance ourselves from the chants that we don't want to sing, or lyrics that may offend, or spread the chanting out to other parts of the ground. There's also access issues (and possibly membership issues....), with every man and his dog wanting to be in the north end. Definitely worth considering though. |

I think that maybe we can try areas near numbers 3 and 2 shown on the Telstra Dome map shown in this thread.
We can experiment how close we can be to the BWB. But I think we can be part of the 'home end' but maintain our own identity.
Anyway we got plenty of time and we can thrash out this issue over a parma and an ale! |

NT is numbers 7 and 6.
Next season i really just want to pick an area and stay there as we will be having more friends (familys) joining us (joining my family). would love to stand with the OSS but i think the other end is too far away from the NT. but maybe it was just one game that made the NT great, i will have to talk to my friends and see what they think as most of them have only sat on level 3 or never came as a family.
what did everyone else think of where we were for the GF? |

I am with you Philly I think it was great. It was 'in the mix' we were not right into the BWB but close enough. I think even if we moved slighly more to the corner flag we can still be part of the action but maintain our own identity.
I think that if we stood in ether ailsle 47 or aisle 2 it would probably the best position.
The main thing is that we can occupy some seats on the aisles so the smaller children can see the pitch. |

agree 100%
i would love to stand with you guys but still want to be near the BWB (but not in with them of course as i have kids)
i think aisle 47 or 2 is great but leave it up to you guys as i do have to keep telling myself that i am new to the OSS.
also if we do let people on the Victory forum know that we will be going in one of these aisles then you might find alot more familys joining us. :D |

So is there an discussion on where we will stand next season?
I'm not sure i'm following whats going on?
Closer to next season we need to finalise our exact location for each and every home game.
North or South End and which side of the BWB/SDC we will be.
But we have plenty (too much :( ) time before next season |

| i personally dont mind where you guys are located. but for me and my needs. i am thinking best place would be nt terrace somewhere. also that way, having the kids brought up in that way week in week out. getting used to tifos, would be a great starting point pre-bwb youth, if that was the way they were going to head. |

I think the 'final experience' may have shown that being near the 'North end' may not be so bad. |

This is the seating arrangement for the new season.
Looks like we can stand in area 2 to start with as discussed and see whether that suit us. |

| Area 5 is where i usually am. Its not too bad, i can't really complain and its not far from the BWB. So you can still make out what the chants are as well. |
